JAKERTECH is about injection molded “SOLID STATE” batteries and capacitors. Solid State is a natural fit for injection molding because of the polymer binder resins, which make them “moldable”.  We do it with all the components, including the tray or case, not just the electrodes and electrolytes. We cut out most of the current processing steps = “efficiency” = lower costs.

We are mostly focused on north American sourced raw materials right now, old and new recipes and using EXISTING MOLDING FACILITIES to execute production. We process at high speeds and efficiencies, molding the cell packs in multishot molds. Our Cap Ex costs are a small fraction of what the old “Status Quo” battery industry needs.  This means we can ramp up and geographically move production ( for military, economic or disaster reasons) faster than anyone. We can mold small cluster cells in seconds and large packs in a few minutes. We incorporate high speed robotics to load specialty components and hermetically entomb them into the polymer structure.  No layering, no gaps, no air = the best interface, because we “fuse”. 

We are mostly interested in tough, extreme applications like outside, industrial and military. We can not freeze or boil – it’s beyond wet chemistries.
